“A little dissapointed as before I had even received my samples in the post I had been sent 2 emails and had a phone call voice mail left asking me what I thought about it. Very pressured and this makes me want to shop elsewhere and I haven't even opened the packet yet!”

“Samples are the smallest in the industry, delivery is the most expensive in the industry, not possible to get a bigger sample or a single box at reasonable price.”

“I cannot comment on the quality of the flooring yet as it hasn’t even been opened. However I felt I had to comment on the disappointing way the floor was delivered. When I ordered the flooring I asked for delivery for Monday 27th June as the floor is needed as part of big refurb, including a wall removal and the flooring wasn’t needed until after 27th June. Added to this we were away the previous week because of the building work and wouldn’t be at home to accept any delivery. When we got home on Saturday 25th we found the flooring had already been delivered, the driver left the pallet with the flooring on in the alley at the side of the house without attempting to ring the bell or delivered via the front door. Luckily my builder was prepared to bring the flooring boxes into the house himself so it wasn’t left outside overnight. Very disappointed that this happened, we did not receive any email or text giving us notice of delivery. I received the email asking for a review on the 24th, 3 days before the flooring was due for delivery!! Based on this experience I would be very wary of ordering from the firm again.”

“I ordered and payed that was the only thing that was ok I did not received what i ordered on time so i started to try to connect, no chace talking to computers, i sent an email, no ansver. I left town !!!!! My order came and were left outside of my home ( and 230 other apartments ) without giving me notice and the concierce contacted me and asked ´ mr. how long is your laminated floor going to be here outside ? ?????????????? Shame on you, i had throuh phone, to hire some people to carry it to my aprtment. This tells me that ´ after you pay the service is 00000000000000”

“Nothing makes a statement like delivering the wrong goods then insisting you make the complaint in writing. Even replacement goods didn't look particularly like the picture. Unsure whether I want to business with this lot again. Sometimes price isn't worth the hassle.”

“Ordered samples to laminate new home, awarding two stars for having the postage and samples for free. However, it took a week for me to receive them and already managed to get quotes from different shops which are thicher width. But thank you for the time.”

“I have ordered from you a few times in the past and it’s always been great, this time however I ordered and was later told (after you had already taken the money from my account) that the flooring was out of stock. I understand these things happen but you are still showing the flooring as available for pre Christmas delivery on site. Very disappointing, ended up buying from elsewhere for a little more but as least they delivered on the date promised.”

“The flooring chips very easily on laying in place and the surface colour comes off.. it’s like the laminate isn’t properly attached to the MDF boarding.”
