We've ordered 2 different types of flooring from DFD. One is excellent (aqua lock urban grey). It is comfortable and quiet and lays very well. The other is terrible (aquastone). It laid flat initially but has begun to lift and creak despite the subfloor being releveled. We've had to take it up and purchase more of the aqualock to replace the aquastone. I complained about this and was offered a partial discount but I still don't think it was enough given the expense of the floor. I don't think the aquastone is of good quality at all and should have been refunded in full. I purchased enough for 2 rooms. Thankfully I only laid it in one in the end due to the problems we've had with it so I've recently purchased more aqualock to go in the final room. But I'm all in all hundreds of pounds out of pocket due to a floor that isn't fit for purpose. So I'm reluctant to use you guys for anything again that isn't aqualock. Hence the 3 star review.
