Poor customer service following receiving damaged goods. I received no refund for the damaged goods and was advised that I only had 60 minutes upon delivery of the goods to report damaged goods which is against Customer Regulations. Very disappointing customer service, just another example of small companies not understanding the Customer Regulations.
