Lovely samples, choose my flooring, spoke to a lady online who is absolutely lovely & so helpful. My order arrived. it is completely the wrong colour, I ordered a faded chalk (grey) got ivory oak (pale brown.) aftercare APPALLING! Spoke to a guy on phone who argued with me! Emailed in - no response. will never recommend or use again
