Hello The assistant at customer support Dean was amazing very helpful and was a pleasure to deal with Unfortunatly I was not happy with the delivery procedure the delivery driver was fantastic but road side delivery for 74 sq meters of flooring is shocking it was raining heavy and windy and all had to be handballed in to the house up my drive and off the road it could not be left there as it is a renovation and is not occupied at the moment, there was only me there to do this I think you need to make an option that buyers can choose to have assistance on delivery I feel sorry for the older generation if this happens to them
