481754 With reference to the above order number, first of all I am not impressed with the courier, I phoned him 3 times to try and get an idea when approximately he would be here so I could be here to check and accept the delivery. He didn’t answer any of the calls or reply to my voicemail, consequently I had to leave my wife to accept the delivery. I had just arrived home and checked the flooring and found one of the panels is damaged. I contacted customer service and they agreed to refund me for the damaged panel. I never received the refund so now I think I was just fobbed off. I will never deal with this company again.
